At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Typhoon "IGME"{TEMBIN} was located based on satellite and surface data at 180 km North Northwest of Basco, Batanes (22.0°N, 121.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph. It is forecast to move Northeast at 17 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
