At 4:00 am today, Tropical Storm "MARCE" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 280 km West of Subic, Zambales (14.5°N, 117.4°E) with maximum winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move West slowly.
