At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm"PABLO" was estimated at 350 km West of Coron, Palawan (12.4°N,116.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 115 kph and gustiness of up to of 145 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 13 kph. Northeast monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Mindanao.
