Meanwhile, at 2 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 600 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.1°N, 132.0°E). The other Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 440 km East Northeast of Tuguegarao City (20.3°N, 126.0°E).
