A QUANTUM LEAP for Bacolod City to realize its "ONE DREAM, ONE CITY, ONE BACOLOD" vision - We offer our hand PARTNERSHIP to you. Our Mangrove Development Program, a ten-year environment - Focused Flagship program of Mayor Monico O. Puentevella, will be undertaken to address the concern of the people of Bacolod in the areas of environment preservation, disaster risk reduction and mitigation, informal settlers housing needs and their socio-economic impact.

The City Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Office of Bacolod will be the lead department to translate these programs to a doable, pragmatic and community-based, private-sector-oriented approach. WE NEED VOLUNTEERS AND FUNDS ASSISTANCE TO UNDERTAKE THE PROGRAM. Our remarkable experience with the PUBLIC-PRIVATE-PARTNERSHIP was indeed worth replicating – moreover we advocate this novel strategy for development. Let us then join hands to realize our Vision.
