At 2:00 a.m. today, the center of Typhoon "IGME"{TEMBIN} was located based on satellite and surface data at 420 km West of Basco, Batanes (20.5°:N, 117.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is forecast to move East Southeast at 7 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
